Vital Low Emissivity Glass is a member of the coated glass family, which coated with one or more layers of metal or compound films on the quality float glass by using magnetic sputtering method. It has higher reflection to the sunlight, wavelength from 2.5 um to 25 um. It’s divided into two series of colorless transparence and colored Low-E coated glass.

Online Low E Glass: Finished on float line. The film is single, but it is closely combined with the glass, so it is more stable, not easy to fall off, oxidation, but the poor uniformity, high radiation value of 0.2 ~ 0.25.

Offline Low E Glass : Offsite production. The best process for vacuum magnetron sputtering cathode, the film is more, now can have up to three layers of silver film, film a total of up to 10 layers; various colors and uniform, but the film is relatively soft, easy oxidation, low loss, radiation values from 0.06 to 0.15.

1. Highly transparent to visible light (wavelength 380nm-780nm), will not produce significant glare problems caused by high reflectance of visible light.
2. Stable performance in thermal processing.
3.High efficiency in energy saving and environment production.
It’s widely used in hollow glass, vacuum glass, commercial buildings, cold areas. It is helpful in thermal insulation and energy saving etc.
Thickness: 3mm,4mm,5mm,6mm,8mm.
